Our aim is to make your visit an enjoyable experience. Beautilicious, making you feel Amazing. These guidelines are in place to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, and because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. Any NO-SHOW appointments will incur 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable gift voucher value.

Communication

Please communicate to your assigned therapist your specific expectations both before and during the treatment (if necessary) so that they can target your specific needs (whether it be more extensive extractions, deeper massage, square or round nails, shape etc...)

Health Matters

When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions. This includes high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy etc. This ensures no disappointment when treatment cannot be performed. This information is confidential.

Patch Test

Patch tests should ideally be carried out 24 hours before your first waxing, tinting & tanning treatments. This applies to your first visit to Beautilicious.

Privacy Policy

We appreciate the confidence you place in us with your beauty care needs. Relationships are important and we take our relationship with you very seriously.

We respect each client's right to personal privacy, so any information, conversations etc will not be disclosed to third parties.

Aftercare

Aftercare advice will be given on all treatments, it’s important to follow any instructions given to enhance your treatment, allowing you to feel amazing.

Valuables

Many of our treatments require the removal of your jewellery which will be stored safely in your treatment room. Please ensure you receive all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
