Reiki Courses
Reiki Level I teaches us how to heal not just ourselves, but also our family members & pets with the initial attunement to the Reiki energy. Reiki not only heals on the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Physical levels but also enhances our own Personal development, Self-esteem, Self-confidence and Self-worth.
Certified Reiki Level I gives you the ability to heal yourself, your family & your pets on a Non-professional basis. (you cannot charge clients a fee until Reiki II Practitioner Level training has been completed)
Reiki is ideal and very suitable for any person suffering from a long-term illness or for somebody who may have a family member who suffers from a long term illness.
This is because you can use the Reiki healing on yourself or others on a daily basis to relieve any pain, discomfort etc. that they may be experiencing from their illness. First degree Reiki can also stimulate personal and spiritual growth in a person.

Reiki Course Content:
- Definition of Reiki
- The History of Reiki
- The Reiki Principles
- What Reiki healing is
- The Aura and seven major Chakras
- Meditation
- The hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others
- Full body self-treatment and full body treatment of others
You will be shown how to do a full body treatment on a person lying down and also a full body treatment on a person sitting in a chair.
Ethics
One follow up meeting (minimum two hours), specific to the first level workshop is necessary within three to six weeks, to include questions and answers, opportunity for the group to share experiences, the giving and receiving of Reiki.
You Will Receive:
Reiki Level 1 Attunement (enables you to channel Reiki healing energies).
Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
A comprehensive Reiki Level 1 Manual.
This one day course, starting at 11am and finishing at 6pm at our salon Beautilicious in Waterford. Course fee is €197 per person. Refreshments & lunch, and course materials are included in with training.
Booking is essential as places are limited. A non-refundable deposit of €50 secures a place on the course, the balance to be paid prior to the day of the course.

Reiki Level 2 Course Content:
Reiki Level 2 Training Course is a practitioner’s course. It is taught in an intensive two-day course.
A little more demanding than Reiki I, students will:
- Receive second level attunements
- Learn symbols for calling energy, emotional healing and distance healing
- Gain practical experience treating sick people
- Acquire knowledge about treating specific ailments
- Receive a Level II certificate and manual
